Plot[]
The movie centers on Carly Foxe (Daphne Ashbrook), a female clerk who is on "the lowest rung" in the US Department of Justice who gets involved in a case of payoff schemes and sets a webbed trap that snares not only the perpetrators, but "one of the few good Senators" as well.
