Plot[]
When Kal, the son of the Cromwell family's enemy, Kalabar steals Aggie's (Debbie Reynolds) spell book, he turns Halloweentown into a dull, gray version of the mortal world and plans to transform the humans of the mortal world into monsters.
It's up to Marnie (Kimberly J. Brown) to put a stop to Kal's devious plans.
