The Girl in the Bathtub is a 2018 television movie which aired on the Lifetime TV network on October 7, 2018.
Plot[]
The film is is inspired by the true story of Julia Law (Caitlin Stasey), a young paralegal struggling with issues of addiction, who is found deceased in her boss’s bathtub in Philadelphia just shy of her 27th birthday.
Her boss, Chuck (Jason Patric), a prominent Philadelphia lawyer, whom Julia had recently begun dating, was interviewed by authorities as they investigated her death.
But it is soon revealed that Chuck was just one of three lovers Julia had which raises questions about whether any of them may have had a motive to murder her.
